With more than 20 years of experience in Indian cuisine these guys cover a large number of outdoor events across the UK. They use a custom-built trailer which can be easily set up at your event.
Serving many familiar dishes, such as channa masala, soya tikka masala, chai, burgers, chips, samosas, pakoras and lots more. Not amazing quality, but excellent value. Most of the dishes are vegan.
At Womad 2004 we had a long chat with one of the guys from the stall. He used to be a lorry driver that delivered cows to the slaughter house. One day, a cow caught his eye and he felt it was saysing "why are you doing this to me?". He turned the lorry around and took them back - and got the sack.
He now works on this veggie stall at festivals.
