Chocolate fudge, coffee & walnut, lemon drizzle...drooling already?! Linda sells vegan cakes, fund-raising for the excellent www.dogsos.co.uk (saving dogs from death row in Council pounds).

Cakes cost £3.50, 1lb loaf size, every penny goes to the charity. She has perfected light & moist vegan cakes (having had too many of the cardboard variety in the past!) with naughty-but-nice frostings. Stourbridge, nr Birmingham. These cakes freeze really well, so it is worth stocking up on a few if you have to travel a way.
