Exmoor Lodge Fudge Icing

Dates back to the grand old days when Nigel (now Vegan Society CEO) ran a B&B with fantastic vegan food, called Exmoor Lodge.

Ingredients

  • 2oz vegan margarine
  • 3 Tsp water
  • 9 oz icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • carob or cocoa powder if desired

Method

  • melt together the marg and water
  • beat into marg mix icing sugar, vanilla essence, and carob/cocoa powder
  • spread on a cooled cake or dessert
