Exmoor Lodge Fudge Icing
Dates back to the grand old days when Nigel (now Vegan Society CEO) ran a B&B with fantastic vegan food, called Exmoor Lodge.

Ingredients
- 2oz vegan margarine
- 3 Tsp water
- 9 oz icing sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- carob or cocoa powder if desired
Method
- melt together the marg and water
- beat into marg mix icing sugar, vanilla essence, and carob/cocoa powder
- spread on a cooled cake or dessert
